Divisions and Chairs

The KOF is made up of the research divisions and two associated chairs. Within ETH Zurich, the Institute is affiliated with the Department of Management, Technology and Economics (D-MTEC).

Enlarged view: The KOF is based at the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zurich. In addition to the ETH, the KOF is also supported by the Swiss Society for Business Cycle Research (SGK). The KOF Strategic Advisory Board advises the KOF Directorate on strategic issues and approves the strategy. The Scientific Advisory Board supports the KOF Directorate. The Extended Directorate reports to the KOF Directorate. The various research divisions and the Central Services report to the Extended Directorate. All research divisions are listed above. The Chair of Applied Macroeconomics as well as the Chair of Macroeconomics: Innovation and Policy are associated with the KOF.
