Knowledge Transfer Survey 2005

Aims

In view of the increasing importance of science for innovative activity a smooth transfer of knowledge between the higher education sector and the economy is an important factor for success. Although the activities of both partners have gained in importance in recent years, it is evident that the transfer of knowledge is not (yet) functioning optimally. The most important aspects of knowledge transfer are analysed in this context. The requisite data were obtained from a survey of universities and companies.
